Choice and order of Products
The characteristics and prices of the various products on sale on ambrogio.food are shown on the page relating to each product.
To purchase the Products, the Customer must complete and send the order form in electronic format, following the instructions on the Site. The Customer must add the Products to the "Cart" and, after having read and accepted the General Conditions and the Privacy Policy, enter your shipping and billing information, select the desired payment method and confirm the order.
By sending the order from the Site, the Customer acknowledges and declares to have read all the information provided during the purchase procedure and to fully accept these General and Payment Conditions.
The contract between AmbrogioFood and the Customer is considered concluded with the acceptance of the order by AmbrogioFood, communicated to the Customer via order confirmation email containing a reference to these General Conditions, the order number, the shipping data and billing, the list of Products ordered with their essential characteristics and the overall price, including delivery costs.
The Customer must check the confirmation email and, in case of errors in the shipping address (not for the products ordered), he has 6 hours to contact AmbrogioFood Customer Service to communicate a new destination within the same nation. If unable to contact customer service, the recipient will handle the shipment via the tracking number received via email.
AmbrogioFood undertakes to take all necessary measures to process the User's Order, but the execution of the Order will in any case be subject to actual availability at the time the order is prepared. In the event of unavailability of some products, AmbrogioFood will process the order with the available Products and will refund the amount for the goods not included in the order. The refund will be visible on the account used for the order within 72 working hours of sending the package, as demonstrated by the tracking of the express courier.
If some products are not available at the time of setup, they will be replaced by products of the same or higher quality (price).
In the event that a product is not available, it may be replaced with the same product with a higher weight or with improved characteristics compared to the one requested.
AmbrogioFood reserves the right to manage orders that clearly exceed family needs with different conditions. In the event of orders that exceed normal retail quantities, AmbrogioFood will contact the customer to propose appropriate shipping conditions for B2B distribution.
The Customer is responsible for the completeness and correctness of the order. All orders must be complete in all their parts and contain all the data necessary to be processed correctly. In case of problems resulting from the customer's shortcomings (wrong addresses, products purchased incorrectly), AmbrogioFood will not be responsible. By proceeding with the purchase, the customer declares to have checked the address in its entirety and assumes responsibility for any errors.
In the event of a partially complete or incorrect address, and if the customer reports the error in time to communicate the change to the courier and before the package returns to Italy, the cost of the address change, of €8, will be borne by the customer .

Transportation and delivery
The Products purchased on the Site will be delivered to the address specified by the Customer during the purchase procedure in the "Shipping Details" field.
All purchases will be delivered via express courier from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and national holidays. Delays due to public holidays in the Courier's destination countries and transit countries are not attributable to AmbrogioFood.
Once the Products have been shipped, the Customer will receive a confirmation email with a link to track the shipment and arrange delivery. This link is also available in the "Orders" section of the Site.
IMPORTANT:
Even in the event of a damaged package, the customer must accept delivery to avoid return costs. Damaged products will be refunded following evaluation by AmbrogioFood customer service.
Upon delivery, the customer must verify:
- That the number of packages corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document
- That the packaging is intact, not damaged, nor wet, nor altered, including the closing materials (adhesive tape or straps).
Any damage or discrepancies must be immediately reported to the courier with the specific wording "SUBJECT TO CONTROL" (e.g. package damaged, crushed, wet, punctured, etc.) on the accompanying document and reported in the AmbrogioFood customer service area.
In case of damaged products, the customer must complete the "report a problem with the order received" form in the "customer service" section, attaching photographic proof within 7 days of delivery.
AmbrogioFood facilitates the refund process for damaged products. The customer will receive a response via email within 24/48 working hours of sending the form.
AmbrogioFood, having received the requested documentation and if the customer has complied with the procedure set out in the General Conditions of Sale (point 6), will offer a refund (visible within 24/48 hours) or a coupon without expiry, which can be used for the next order.
The customer must still accept the shipment and check the package immediately.
