Refund Policy and Shipping Management

There is the possibility that some products were not available at the time the order was placed or that, following damage caused by the courier, some products were eliminated in order to still be able to deliver.
If you have not received an email from us and found products missing when opening the package, you can report it by filling out the report form at the bottom of this page.
Tell us the missing products and one of our collaborators will confirm the outcome of the refund procedure within 24/48 working hours after carrying out a check with the warehouse.
You have the option to return any purchase within 14 days without any justification. After that, as a general rule, you will be able to request a full or partial refund only if it is not possible to repair or replace the item .
In the event of a refund, you will receive a confirmation email regarding the refund on the payment method used for the purchase, visible within 24/48 hours.

Ambrogio Food packages the products with the utmost care, however, it may happen that some products are damaged during delivery.
In these cases, Ambrogio Food provides a refund for the damaged products.
To report damaged products and request a refund, fill out the form at the end of this page.
Remember to attach one or more photos of the damaged products.
Subsequently, one of our collaborators will contact you to inform you of the outcome of the refund procedure. The refund will be confirmed via email and visible within the next 24/48 hours on the payment method used for the purchase.

Delay in Delivery or Shipping Problems

Following a significant delay in delivery or other issues, you can ask the courier to investigate the status of your shipment. Investigations may take up to 8 business days to complete.
If the courier doesn't find your order, Ambrogio Food will take care of it!
If the courier does not find your order, we will contact you at the end of the investigation to offer you the possibility to choose between refund or postponement of the order without additional costs.
The refund will be made to the account used for payment, usually visible within 1 - 3 business days of the refund notification.
The postponement of the order will take place in accordance with the preparation and delivery times indicated in the Shipping and Delivery section.
